Products & Orders
All products listed on our website or shared via our channels are subject to availability. We reserve the right to: • Limit quantities available for purchase • Discontinue any product at any time • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. We will always confirm the price with you before processing your order.
Payment
Payment is required before orders are dispatched. We accept mobile money transfers and other agreed payment methods. Full payment details will be shared at the time of your order. NaVera Baby Diapers is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your payment provider.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Navera purchase. If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Opened diaper packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is confirmed to be defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
