Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Ghana including Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast, and surrounding areas.
Walk-in pickup available at our Kumasi (Ataasemanso) and Accra (Dzorwulu) locations.
Nationwide delivery via courier partners — delivery times vary by location.

Delivery Times

Accra & Kumasi: 1–2 business days.
Other major cities: 2–4 business days.
Remote areas: 3–6 business days.
Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free delivery available on qualifying bulk or wholesale orders.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.
